Job summary

Bain & Company in Dallas, TX seeks a regional PEG training and adoption lead who will connect Global PEG with regional training leads, Talent and Practice/Operations teams, and SMEs. You will drive learner engagement, schedule core curriculum, and use attendance data to guide next steps.

You’ll help land PEG priorities such as AI and diligence solutions, support internal communications and change management, and seek opportunities to grow your L&D skills while collaborating across Bain regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong academic credentials.
• Experience in professional services, private equity, or a learning and development/training environment.
• Genuine passion for learning and development, coaching and upskilling others.

Responsibilities

• Launch and socialize new Global PEG training products with regional offices.
• Act as a learning ambassador, testing and reviewing training products and contributing to projects.
• Act as a regional point of contact for training queries and updates.
• Represent PEG training on local/regional calls and provide LT updates.
• Attend trainings to grow L&D skills and collaborate with peers across regions.
• Collaborate with regional training leads on projects to maximize training benefit.
