Bain & Company’s Global Private Equity practice seeks a PEG training professional to lead regional engagement, coordinate with regional leads, and partner with Bain’s global training teams on innovation and best practices. This full-time role emphasizes learning and development across regions.

You will drive learner engagement, schedule core curriculum, and support change management while collaborating with PEG program managers and L&D peers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills across scheduling, tracking, and basic data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior audiences.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, virtual, cross-regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Launch and socialize new Global PEG training products with regional offices.
• Act as a learning ambassador, testing and reviewing new training products and initiatives.
• Provide frontline guidance for training queries and regional coordination.
