Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Learning & Development professional to support Global PEG training across regions. You will drive adoption of training products, engage regional teams, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.

The role emphasizes AI and diligence solutions, change management, and ongoing collaboration with regional peers to uplift learning outcomes globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in professional services, private equity, or a learning and development/training environment.
• Passion for learning and development and for coaching and upskilling others.
• Strong organization, scheduling, and data-analytic abilities with the capacity to translate data into insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including to senior audiences.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, virtual, cross-regional environment with some ambiguity.
• Interest in AI and learning technology and willingness to experiment.
• Eagerness to collaborate across regions and Bain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Launch and socialize new Global PEG training products with regional offices.
• Act as a learning ambassador, testing and reviewing new training products and contributing to projects.
• Serve as a key regional point of contact for training queries.
• Represent PEG training on local and regional calls, including LT updates.
• Pursue opportunities to grow L&D skills by attending trainings or conferences.
• Collaborate with regional training leads on projects to maximize global PEG training value.
