Job summary

Bain & Company in San Francisco is seeking a Learning & Development professional to join the Global PEG training and adoption team. You will coordinate between regions, lead learner engagement, and implement training initiatives across the PEG practice, including AI and diligence topics, with a focus on scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in professional services, private equity, or L&D.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-regional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and socialize new Global PEG training products with regional offices.
• Act as a learning ambassador, testing and reviewing new training products and initiatives.
• Serve as a regional point of contact for training queries and LT updates.
• Collaborate with regional training leads to maximize global PEG benefits.
• Provide monthly attendance data and identify regional hotspots to boost uptake.
• Draft training content for current business priorities and change management.
