Job summary

Bain & Company in Austin, TX seeks a Global PEG Training professional to drive regional learner engagement and adoption of training programs across offices. You will partner with regional leads and Bain’s global training function to implement AI and diligence training priorities.

Responsibilities include launching new training products, acting as a regional contact for queries, analyzing attendance data, and promoting uptake across regions with innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong academic credentials.
• Experience in professional services, private equity, or a learning and development/training environment.
• Passion for learning and development, coaching and upskilling others.
• Strong organizational skills across scheduling, tracking, and basic data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Launch and socialize new Global PEG training products with regional offices.
• Act as a learning ambassador, testing and reviewing new training products and contributing to projects.
• Act as a regional point of contact for training queries.
• Represent PEG training on local and regional calls and LT updates.
• Build your L&D skills by attending trainings or conferences.
• Collaborate with regional training leads on projects to maximize training benefit.
