Job summary

Bain & Company, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking a Regional PEG Training & Adoption Specialist in the Private Equity practice. The role focuses on connecting global training strategy with regional offices, driving learner engagement, and advancing priority topics like AI and diligence solutions.

You will manage scheduling, analyze attendance data, and collaborate across regions to uplift training adoption while growing your own L&D skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong academic credentials.
• Experience in professional services, private equity, or a learning and development / training environment.
• A genuine passion for learning and development, and for coaching and upskilling others.
• Strong organizational skills across scheduling, tracking, and basic data analytics, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including to more senior audiences.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, virtual, cross-regional environment with a degree of ambiguity.
• Interest in AI and learning technology, and a willingness to experiment.
• Eagerness to collaborate across regions and the broader Bain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Launch and socialize new Global PEG training products with regional offices.
• Act as a learning ambassador, testing and reviewing new training products, developing new initiatives, and contributing to Global PEG training projects.
• Act as a key regional point of contact/front line for responding to training queries.
• Represent PEG training on local and regional calls, for example presenting to PEG Program Managers or providing an LT update.
• Opportunistically build personal L&D skills, for example by attending trainings designed for L&D professionals, or attending conferences.
• Collaborate with other regional training leads on projects to maximize training benefit to global PEG.
