Job summary

EY Global Payroll Operate (GPO) seeks a Manager – Technology Lead Consultant to lead technology delivery for payroll implementations. This client-facing role coordinates across business, data, testing, and product teams to translate payroll requirements into technical designs and ensure alignment with EY standards.

The role requires strong PMP background, project management experience, and expertise across DigiPay, Payroll Command Centre, and integration components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• Experience with global payroll platforms or HR tech ecosystems.
• Approved technical certification is required.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with DigiPay, Payroll Command Centre, and integration tools.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• SAP US payroll implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on GPO technology-related topics throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead client-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
• Explain GPO technology capabilities and delivery expectations to stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical design documentation for GPO tools and related tech solutions.
• Ensure requirements align with GPO standards, approved methodologies, and client needs.
