Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager – Technology Lead Consultant for EY Global Payroll Operate in the US. You will lead technology delivery across DigiPay, PCC, and integration components, partnering with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable payroll technology solutions.

You’ll drive workshops, design sessions, and documentation, ensuring alignment with global standards and client needs. A hybrid, client-facing role with growth in a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Approved technical certification is required.
• Experience with global payroll platforms and HR technology ecosystems.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with GPO tools and delivery models (DigiPay, PCC, workflows).
• Experience collaborating with configuration, data migration, testing, and integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on GPO technology topics.
• Lead client-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions to gather requirements.
• Explain GPO technology capabilities, constraints, and delivery expectations to stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into structured functional/technical design documentation for EY tools.
• Ensure solutions align with GPO standards and delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate with the Technology Configurator to validate designs and outputs.
• Support end-to-end delivery with data migration, testing, payroll, product, and implementation teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Maintain documentation of requirements, decisions, and validations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of GPO technology delivery.
