EY, a leading professional services firm, seeks a Senior Manager for Global Payroll Operate to design and deliver multinational payroll solutions. You will bridge client needs with EY technology, governance, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, compliant implementations across countries.

You will lead design and implementation efforts, drive client engagements, and mentor teams while aligning with EY GPO standards and business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, MIS, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.
• Global payroll implementation experience or certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead global design workshops and client solutioning sessions to define requirements, solution architecture, integration scope, data flows, testing approach, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Own and maintain global implementation deliverables, including user stories, design documents, integration designs, data dictionaries, testing and deployment plans.
