Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Payroll Operate (GPO) to lead end-to-end payroll technology implementations for multinational clients. You will bridge client stakeholders, EY technology teams, and payroll operations to ensure scalable, compliant, and integrated global payroll solutions across countries.

The role oversees design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization, while guiding sales through handover and ensuring delivery aligns with EY standards and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, MIS or related field.
• PMI or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Global payroll implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design workshops and client solutioning sessions to define requirements, architecture, data flows, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Own and maintain global implementation deliverables, including user stories, design documents, integration designs, data dictionaries, testing and deployment plans.
• Act as the global design owner, monitor local design decisions for impact on the overall solution and preserve scalability and compliance.
