EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Payroll Operate (GPO) with extensive experience in multinational payroll implementations. You will bridge client stakeholders, EY technology, and payroll teams to deliver scalable, compliant payroll solutions across countries. This client-facing role leads design, implementation, and go-live, working in a matrixed environment.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. EY offers a hybrid work model and a broad Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/Engineering/MIS or related field.
Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
Lean Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.
Global payroll implementation experience or certification preferred.
Workday/Oracle/SAP integration certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead global design workshops and client solutioning sessions to define requirements and go-live readiness.
Own and maintain global implementation deliverables including user stories, design docs, and testing plans.
Act as global design owner, ensuring scalability, quality, and compliance across countries.
Support handover activities from sales to implementation, clarifying scope, pricing, and commitments.
Serve as the primary technology and solution point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries, managing scope, timelines, and budget.
