Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ - 5 year experience with international payrolls and multi-country environment.
• 3+ years experience with Deltek Costpoint.
• Month-end close, reconciliations and creating journal entries
• High attention to detail and data confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department transfers.
• Prepares reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages.
• Determines payroll liabilities by calculating taxes and employer contributions.
• Investigates wage discrepancies and responds to pay queries.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Keeps payroll information confidential and protects payroll operations.
