Job summary

Multiplier is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist – Global Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries. The role involves payroll validation, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in multi-country payroll in the EMEA region, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage payroll activities across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of relevant payroll experience.
• Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience handling multi-country/global payroll.
• Good understanding of payroll statutory compliance.
• Strong payroll reconciliation and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries.
• Perform detailed payroll calculations and payroll validation before finalization.
• Review payroll registers, variance reports, payslips and payroll reports.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with local payroll vendors, in-country partners and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with tax, social security, pension and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor changes in local payroll legislation and assess impact.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
