Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Payroll Associate to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for US, Canada, and international employees. You'll collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain records, run reconciliations, and handle year-end tasks.

The role requires an Associate's degree or 2+ years payroll experience, familiarity with payroll laws, and strong Excel skills. We offer stock options, a discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Experience with multi-state, Canadian, or international payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for U.S., Canada, and international employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review timesheets, earnings, and deductions for accuracy.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and year-end reports, including W-2s.
• Generate payroll reports for finance, taxes, and audits.
• Maintain payroll policies and system data integrity.
