• Leads full-cycle payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees
• Ensures payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Oversees payroll activities: earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefits, direct deposits
• Manages payroll calendars, schedules, controls, and SLAs
• Reviews audits, reconciliations, and data validation for accuracy
• Coaches and develops a team of payroll professionals
• Partners with Finance and HR to reflect payroll in the general ledger
• Oversees Workday configuration, testing, and release management
• Drives process improvement and SOX-compliant controls
