Genuine Parts Company in Atlanta, GA (on-site) is seeking a Senior Manager of Payroll Compliance/Operations to lead our global payroll team of about 10 professionals. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across multi-state and international operations, partnering with HR, Finance and Internal Audit.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Workday Payroll/HCM, SOX controls, and continuous improvement, capable of shaping payroll strategy, managing audits, and developing talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state and international scope.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing payroll teams.
• CPP designation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle payroll for international and multi-state operations.
• Ensure payroll processing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee calendars, schedules, controls, and audits.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Internal Audit, and leadership.
• Develop the team and drive process improvements and SOX controls.
• Serve as payroll liaison during internal and external audits.
