Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Operational Support Analyst to manage payroll processing, accuracy, and issue resolution across the Industrial Parts team.

Responsibilities include payroll calculations in Workday, retroactive payments, audits, SOP development, and training; candidate must handle confidential information and provide excellent service to employees and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• FPC or CPP designation preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years payroll processing experience required.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable payroll system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll through Workday and balance timekeeping and bonus files.
• Audit, reconcile, and support weekly to monthly payroll cycles.
• Assist with training and SOP development; maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
• Support audits and off-cycle payments; respond to employee inquiries.
