Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Senior Manager of Payroll to lead payroll operations across multiple states and international locations. You will direct a team of ~10 payroll professionals, ensure accurate processing, and maintain SOX controls.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and Internal Audit to meet reporting requirements and drive process improvements within a heavy compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience including multi-state and international payroll.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state and international employees.
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Coach and develop a team of payroll professionals.
