Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Lead to own and scale our payroll operations across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will combine data-driven execution, meticulous attention to detail, and tax compliance to support a rapidly growing workforce, reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of payroll operations experience in a high-growth tech company with global footprint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in payroll, accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll and global payroll software platforms.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex data analysis, reconciliation, and audit modeling.
• Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, multi-currency payroll distribution, and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage, audit, and execute multi-country payroll delivery across US and 15+ international countries.
• Lead the payroll calendar and operating cadence across countries to ensure accurate, timely pay.
• Partner with local in-country payroll providers to meet regional processing windows.
• Oversee global equity compensation payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Act as functional lead for payroll tech projects, including Workday configuration and reporting.
