Reddit is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Lead to own and scale payroll operations across US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. You will drive Workday-based workflows, ensure compliance, and partner with finance, tax, and vendors to deliver accurate payroll on time.

This role requires 5–7+ years, strong analytical and systems skills, and a track record of building scalable payroll processes in a high-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of payroll operations experience in a high-growth tech company with global footprint, including US and international payrolls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll and global payroll software platforms.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-country payroll delivery across US and 15+ international countries with accuracy and compliant timelines.
• Lead payroll calendar across countries, manage cutoffs, exceptions, and risks.
• Partner with local payroll providers to ensure regional timelines and processing windows.
• Oversee global equity compensation payroll and regulatory compliance across tax jurisdictions.
• Drive payroll technology projects, leveraging Workday to automate workflows and reporting.
• Manage external vendors to ensure smooth funds reconciliation and tax compliance.
• Establish global payroll policies, SOX controls, and audit-ready documentation.
