Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced International Payroll Lead to own and scale our global payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. You will drive data-driven execution, ensure tax compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely payroll.

This role emphasizes Workday enhancements and global payroll vendor collaborations. You will lead 15+ country payrolls, manage equity compensation payroll, and build scalable processes with strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth tech company with a global footprint.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll and global payroll platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in payroll, accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach with advanced Excel skills.
• Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, compliance, and multi-currency payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ countries.
• Lead payroll calendar and operating cadence to ensure on-time, accurate payroll.
• Partner with local payroll providers to maintain regional compliance.
• Oversee equity payroll processing (RSUs, stock options) and cross-border tax reporting.
• Lead payroll technology projects, including Workday enhancements and integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration across People, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Audit.
• Establish global payroll policies, SOX controls, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and new country market entries.
