Job summary

Informa TechTarget seeks a Global Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across US, EMEA, and APAC. You will manage a geographically dispersed team, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.

Reporting to the Director of Global Shared Services & Transformation, you will collaborate with HR and finance to align payroll with corporate goals while implementing new systems and best practices across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll management experience, including global leadership.
• Experience with multiple regional payroll regulations and SOX controls.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and integration with HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations for US/EMEA/APAC regions with timely, accurate processing.
• Lead globally distributed payroll team and coordinate with vendors/providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and tax reporting across regions.
• Drive payroll system implementations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to align payroll with corporate goals.
