Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced International Payroll Lead to own and scale our global payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. You will partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Vendors to deliver accurate, timely payroll, equity, and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

You will drive Workday-driven automation, oversee in-country payroll providers, and implement scalable processes while maintaining strong controls and SOX governance.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of payroll operations experience in a high-growth tech company with a global footprint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting,finance, HR, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll and global payroll software platforms.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (vlookups, index/match, pivot tables) for data analysis and audits.
• Deep knowledge of global equity taxation, compliance, and multi-currency payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale international payroll across 15+ countries with strict adherence to regional schedules.
• Lead payroll calendar, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time payments.
• Coordinate with in-country providers to maintain compliance and timely filings.
• Oversee equity compensation payroll (RSUs, stock options) and regulatory reporting.
• Drive automation and system configurations in Workday and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Benefits, People Ops, Legal, and Finance; manage vendor relationships.
• Establish global payroll policies, SOX controls, and audit-ready documentation.
