Reddit is seeking an experienced International Payroll Lead to own and scale global payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. You will drive data-driven execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Payroll Vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate payroll outcomes.

Reporting to the Sr. Global Payroll Manager, you will help implement Workday enhancements and upcoming global payroll solutions, while maintaining strong internal controls and scalability for a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company with global footprint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll and global payroll software platforms.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Global Payroll Execution & Oversight: manage multi-country payroll across 15+ countries, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Compliance & Equity Management: oversee regulatory compliance and equity payroll processing (RSUs, stock options).
• Systems & Scaling Initiatives: lead payroll tech projects, optimize Workday configurations, and develop custom reports.
• Cross-Functional & Vendor Management: partner with Benefits, People Ops, Legal, Finance; manage external vendors for tax fulfillment.
• Process Controls: document and enforce payroll policies, SOX controls, and audit readiness.
• Strategic Growth Projects: support M&A integrations and new-country market entries.
