Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in payroll, accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• Advanced Workday Payroll knowledge (reporting, configuration, integrations).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and audits.
• Understanding of global equity taxation and international payroll compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ countries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead payroll calendar, dependencies, cutoffs, risks, and exceptions across regions.
• Partner with local providers to ensure regional pay schedules and compliance.
• Oversee global equity payroll processing and regulatory reporting.
• Drive automation and Workday enhancements; ensure SOX controls are in place.
