Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced International Payroll Lead to own and scale payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead Workday-based implementations to build scalable processes that support a rapidly growing workforce. This role demands 5–7+ years in global payroll, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering accurate, on-time payroll across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company with a global footprint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll (reporting, configuration, integrations) and global payroll software platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, index/match, pivot tables) for complex data analysis, reconciliation, and audit modeling.
• Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, international labor laws, and multi-currency payroll distribution.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, high discretion handling confidential data, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ countries with inputs, approvals, funding, reconciliations, and filings.
• Lead payroll calendar and operating cadence across countries to ensure timely payments.
• Partner with local payroll providers to meet regional processing windows.
• Oversee international equity payroll processing (RSUs, stock options) and regulatory compliance.
• Act as functional lead for payroll technology projects using Workday and future ERP solutions.
• Manage cross-functional/vendor relationships to ensure tax compliance and funds reconciliation.
• Establish and enforce global payroll policies, SOX controls, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support M&A and new country market entries and cross-functional launches.
