Job summary

Via is seeking a Global Head of Payroll to lead and scale our worldwide payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery for employees across the United States, Europe, Israel, and other markets.

You will build a high-performing payroll organization, establish scalable processes, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, People, and Operations to drive payroll technology and governance in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience across multinational operations.
• Experience leading global payroll teams across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes, financial controls, and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations across all countries and entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing.
• Build scalable payroll governance, controls, and operating procedures.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, People, and Operations to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive payroll technology strategy, vendor management, and system implementations.
• Develop meaningful payroll metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
