Qualifications

• 3 years of Treasury Sales Officer experience
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Successful track record in treasury management sales with global products
• Proven business development and relationship management with complex clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proven negotiation and active listening skills with executive presence
• Adept at strategic thinking and problem resolution
• Strong business/financial acumen
• Able to navigate enterprise partnerships and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities with strong client focus

Responsibilities

• Lead product experts in Global Payments Services engagements and opportunities
• Drive revenue growth and portfolio development for Commercial Banking clients
• Present treasury solutions via client-facing treasury presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with product, sales, and client relationship teams to tailor solutions
• Coach Treasury Analysts and coordinate with Servicing and Implementation teams
• Lead pricing and negotiations to optimize profitability and YoY growth
• Develop and deepen client relationships across the portfolio
