Formación

• Minimum 1 year of operational accounting experience along with working knowledge of processes to include applicable policies and regulations.
• Previous experience with general ledger
• Proficient skills utilizing MS Excel
• Thorough understanding of debits and credits
• Ability to multi-task and meet specific performance goals
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Detailed oriented, self-motivated, assertive
• Demonstrates ability to work flexible schedules and adapt quickly to change
• Demonstrates leadership skills consistently
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Excellent research, analytical & decision making skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Global Payment Operations team delivering global wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Support end-to-end payment execution and investigations.
• Provide sanctions screening on transactions per policy.
• Resolve day-to-day problems and deliver unit commitments.
• Offer functional knowledge to projects and initiatives within the business unit.
• Manage team workload and provide general oversight and direction to team.
• Maintain internal, operational, and financial controls within risk appetite of the business unit.
• Review processes for efficiency and implement process improvements.
