Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Financial Services or Payment Operations.
• Experience leading or coordinating payment operations workflow and teams.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and relevant regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily payment processing activities across multiple rails to meet service levels.
• Oversee workflows, escalations, and approvals; act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Coach and train team members; ensure compliance with risk controls and procedures.
• Support audits, reporting, and control testing; contribute to process improvements.
