Salesforce seeks a transformational executive to lead the evolution of Global Partnerships Programs and Experience. The role reports to the EVP of Global Partnerships and partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to transform go-to-market and unlock growth.

This leader will develop a strategic vision for partner operations with AI-first and systems-first thinking, influencing EVPs and operating unit leaders across the company.

• Proven ability to influence and make strategic decisions.
• Engagement skills to align at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with enterprise partner ecosystems in SaaS.

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Global SI Partner Center of Excellence and partner programs.
• Operate a scalable partner business driving partner-sourced and influenced revenue and pipeline.
• Enable partners to drive consumption, adoption, and AI ROI.
