Job summary

YouthBuild Global is seeking a Manager of Partnerships to steward domestic and international relationships in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. You will coordinate engagement across affiliates, support career pathway initiatives, and supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate to ensure strong partnership outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience supporting partnership management, employer engagement, or workforce development.
• Experience with nonprofit partnerships; familiarity with CSR programs is helpful.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or logistics sector and knowledge of workforce ecosystems.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and coordinate cross-department initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch and maintenance of manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing partnerships.
• Support affiliate staff with meetings, engagements, data tracking, and technical assistance.
• Develop and share tools and resources for partnerships (guides, training materials, briefs).
• Work with network staff to support implementation and data reporting.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and guide partner relationships across industries.
• Travel up to 25% for partner meetings, conferences, and program visits.
• Publicize partnership successes and best practices to internal and external audiences.
