Job summary

YouthBuild Global seeks a Manager of Technical Assistance and Partnerships to oversee strategic partnerships in the manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sectors. The role is remote with options in Roxbury, MA or remote in multiple states, and may travel up to 25% to engage partners and attend industry events.

You will coordinate partner engagement, support career pathway development, track data, and produce impact reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years' relevant experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Experience with partnership management, employer engagement, or workforce development is desirable.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner engagement across manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sectors.
• Support affiliate staff with meetings, data tracking, and technical assistance.
• Develop tools and resources such as guides, training materials, partner briefs, and fundraising materials.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and guide partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing and Network Engagement to publicize successes and events.
• Travel up to 25% for conferences, partner meetings, and program visits.
• Align partnerships with YouthBuild Global’s strategic objectives and work across teams to improve programs.
