Job summary

YouthBuild Global seeks a Manager to steward partnerships across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and related sectors. This role leads a Strategic Partnerships Associate and coordinates cross‑functional teams to connect YouthBuild programs with employers, training, and employment opportunities.

The position favors candidates with nonprofit collaboration experience, CSR familiarity, and a strong network in workforce development.

Qualifications

• Support partnership management, employer engagement, workforce development with a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and CSR programs is helpful.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing and/or logistics essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch and management of manufacturing/logistics partnerships.
• Engage with national and regional corporate partners and track activities.
• Develop tools and resources for partner engagement and fundraising.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and guide cross‑team efforts.
• Travel up to 25% for conferences and partner meetings.
