Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ability to influence at EVP+ level
• Experience with enterprise SaaS partner ecosystems
• Deep knowledge of SaaS Partner Programs, Lifecycles and incentives
• Track record of scalable, programmatic GTM or partner business

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Global SI Partner Center of Excellence (CoE) and related programs
• Drive growth through partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and predictable quarters
• Enable partners to drive consumption and AI ROI, aligning customer success with expansion
• Align GTM with technology, consulting and AI-provider partners to unlock growth
• Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team culture and executive-level influence
• Advise EVP on initiatives, manage risks, and coordinate across functions
• Represent the partnerships organization in cross-functional reviews and stakeholder engagements
• Travel up to 25% as needed
