Job summary

WinCan AG is seeking a Support Specialist for the Partner Success Team to ensure our sales partners worldwide receive the support, information, and resources they need to succeed. You will be the first contact for inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and help with onboarding and events.

The role requires business or technical training, strong CRM/ERP experience, and excellent German and English communication. A proactive, client‑facing mindset and comfort with IT/SaaS are essential.

Qualifications

• Business or technical training or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in sales support, customer success, partner management, or inside sales, ideally in the IT industry.
• An affinity for technical topics and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong service and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish) are a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or collaboration systems.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions is a plus.
• Enjoyment of working with international partners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for inquiries from international sales partners.
• Ensure professional, timely, solution-oriented communication.
• Coordinate and follow up on partner issues with internal teams.
• Support partners with sales-related activities and admin processes.
• Assist with planning and execution of partner initiatives and events.
• Assist onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth transitions.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
• Provide up-to-date sales, marketing, and training materials.
• Continuously developing our partner programs.
• Maintain partner data, documentation, and feedback records.
• Ensure high data quality and transparency within systems.
• Assist with creation of reports and analyses.
