Job summary

Univerus is seeking a Client Success Specialist to onboard clients, provide product training, and support a positive journey with our software solutions. You will be the main contact, managing inquiries, documenting interactions, and driving adoption.

The role focuses on customer satisfaction, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with internal teams to improve services and training resources. This is a remote Canada-based position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in client success or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with using a ticketing system.
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and deliver tailored product training.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and regular check-ins.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets.
• Escalate complex issues while owning client communication.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Leadership to improve adoption.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and promote best practices.
