Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Sales in Santa Monica to lead a global partner sales organization in Retail and Consumer Goods. You will drive partner-originated opportunities, coach Partner Sales Managers, and execute co-sell motions with partners to accelerate revenue and ensure customer outcomes.

You will build scalable selling motions, maintain CRM hygiene, and engage executive stakeholders to progress deals, while shaping the organization’s multi-year vision and priorities.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise commercial sales experience.
Experience operating in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
Experience owning and delivering a revenue target for a team or territory.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for a global partner sales organization in Retail and Consumer Goods.
Lead and develop a team of Partner Sales Managers.
Drive partner-originated and partner-assisted opportunities with quota accountability.
Execute co-sell motions with GSI/SI and ISV partners.
Foster strategic relationships with partner and customer executives to accelerate deals.
