Qualifications

• 5+ years crafting, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and close deals.
• Experience structuring and negotiating agreements.

Responsibilities

• Execute new partnerships from contracting to launch.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing Amazon Shipping Partners up to C-level.
• Lead onboarding for integration partners with product/tech, sales, and support.
• Present partnership priorities with progress and blockers to senior management.
• Own strategy for new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with program and product/engineering teams to drive product innovations.
