Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise commercial sales experience.
• Experience owning a revenue target for a team or territory.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM and executive-level customer engagement.
• Experience owning metrics reporting and defining strategy for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for global partner sales in Retail & Consumer Goods.
• Design repeatable selling motions, operating rhythms, and GTM plays.
• Use data to decide where to invest, where to simplify, and where to bet bigger.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Sales Managers.
• Achieve revenue targets by driving partner-originated and partner-assisted opportunities with quota accountability.
• Execute co-sell motions with GSI/SI and ISV partners.
• Support migration value by positioning cloud solutions with GSI/SI firms and engaging stakeholders to drive deal progression.
• Cultivate strategic relationships to drive net-new pipeline across accounts.
• Shape deals with Marketplace addressing omnichannel, data, and security needs.
• Drive customer adoption of the Marketplace.
• Model leadership principles and use AI tools to forecast and align across teams.
• Mitigate blockers and escalate issues to maximize revenue.
