Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Partner Sales to lead a global team driving partner-delivered revenue in Retail and Consumer Goods. You will set strategy, manage a robust deal portfolio, and build trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners to accelerate revenue.

You will foster executive engagement, scale selling motions, and optimize the use of AI tools for forecasting, reporting, and field alignment across AWS teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise commercial sales experience.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience owning and delivering a revenue target for a team or territory.
• 10+ years owning metrics reporting and defining strategy for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for a global partner sales org in Retail and Consumer Goods.
• Lead a team of Partner Sales Managers and coach their development.
• Drive partner-originated opportunities and co-sell motions with GSI/SI and ISV partners.
• Maintain operational excellence in CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and cycle reviews.
