Amazon is seeking a Partner-led Business Developer to broaden AWS in the Seattle area, partnering with geo Indirect Sales and Partner teams, global Partner, Marketing and Sales organizations to drive growth and a superb partner and customer experience.

This role will identify gaps, design solutions, and help implement global policies while aligning stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including Compute/Edge/Hybrid/Security/Networking
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with geo Indirect Sales, Partner, Marketing and Sales teams to drive outcomes for the business and all teams
• Design and help implement global policies, rules of engagement and execution for partner and customer experience
• Identify gaps in execution or operational design and involve stakeholders to drive solutions
