Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). This role balances operational rigor with executive engagement to scale a world-class partner ecosystem and ensure high standards for service delivery and technical proficiency.

The selected candidate will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, collaborate across global teams, and build scalable enablement tracks for GSI, MSP, and SI partners while aligning with Rubrik’s growth

Qualifications

7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services partner program development and management.
Executive-level involvement with senior stakeholders and ability to drive strategic initiatives.
Experience building enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.
Experience partnering across global teams including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) end-to-end.
Drive governance and compliance to meet high service and technical standards.
Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering Manager.
Develop and scale partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and program evolution.
