Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and scalable processes. You will collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance and technology adoption.

The role involves travel to offices, client locations, and onsite facilities for implementations, training, issue resolution and delivery support, with a focus on continuous improvement and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred. Travel up to 40%.
• At least five years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes, operational metrics, and business performance.
• This role requires travel to onsite, office, and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using business activity, hiring patterns, industry trends, forecasts, and capacity data.
• Use operational data to recommend order distribution and resource allocation strategies that maximize fulfillment and business performance.
• Manage job board partnerships and job-posting strategy and evaluate application usage and effectiveness.
• Identify trends in client attrition, retention, attendance, and recruiting effectiveness, and partner with leaders on improvement strategies.
• Support new client implementations, including onsite setup, go-live, and post-go-live operations.
• Ensure operational practices comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain efficient processes and SOPs addressing issues while supporting contract and performance goals.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of customer files related to invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and audits.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; analyze trends; present actionable insights to Delivery leadership.
