You will drive global account support, operational efficiency, and risk management while coordinating with Sales, CS, and Ops to achieve company goals. A strong emphasis on leadership and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years proven success in a manager or director level role.
• Strong teamwork orientation and collaboration across functions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience utilizing Power BI for global partner management.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Account Management activities, including RFPs and client reviews.
• Assist in transitioning existing clients to global production and managing KPIs.
• Lead and support SOP documentation for Global Accounts and training.
• Ensure productive, quality-driven global partner engagement and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor, chase, and resolve escalated client issues; manage inventory and credentials.
