Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Manager of Global Central Operations to align global partners with our operational goals and drive continuous performance excellence. The role emphasizes partnership, process improvement, and customer-oriented thinking to support company-wide objectives.

You will work with global leaders to set SLAs, production targets, and workforce planning, while ensuring access to essential tools and data for global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Medical Records experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management or 2 years lead experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Suite, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Global partners’ leadership teams and global trainers to ensure SMEs.
• Deliver feedback and provide direction to Global partners.
• Ensure accountability and support of Global partners in meeting SLAs.
• Communicate updates to internal initiatives, procedures, and policies.
• Support documentation buildout, updates, and organization.
• Coordinate with Central Operations leadership to align workflows with SOPs.
