Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a seasoned Manager of Global Operations to lead cross-functional global initiatives and drive high-quality service for partners. This role emphasizes global engagement, process improvement, and P&L profitability while collaborating with senior leadership to implement scalable, efficient operations.

The candidate will oversee global account management, operational support, and organizational leadership, ensuring timely delivery and excellent partner experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years proven success in a manager or director level role.
• Extremely team oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Superior communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Service activities directed at new Clients/Prospects with RFP responses and internal/external meetings.
• Support the identification and transition of existing Onshore clients to Global clients.
• Support daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly Client Review calls with feedback and direction for Global Partners.
• Respond to and resolve escalated Client/Requester issues.
• Partner with Director Provider Global Ops to set goals for Productivity and Quality."
• Quality Control – Perform Analysis and Administer Actions Plans and Training.
