Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Manager of Global Operations to ensure timely, professional execution of global processes and partner engagement. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive operation efficiency, customer-centric service, and P&L profitability in a remote, full-time role.

You will lead global account management, operational support, and organizational leadership initiatives, leveraging Power BI and Microsoft Office to analyze data and improve performance across partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in a manager or director role.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead global partner engagement and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee client reviews and transition processes for global accounts.
• Monitor productivity and quality, set goals with partners.
• Analyze performance data and manage issue resolution.
• Coach teams and ensure timely, compliant operations.
• Develop SOPs and support global onboarding and transitions.
