Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Manager of Global Central Operations to ensure alignment with company goals and lead global partner engagement. This role focuses on performance quality, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with onshore and global teams.

The candidate will drive change management, establish SLAs, and monitor monthly targets while supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Medical Records experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management or 2 years lead experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Global partners’ leadership teams and global trainers to become SMEs.
• Deliver feedback and direction to Global partners and ensure SLA accountability.
• Communicate updates to internal initiatives, procedures, and policies.
• Support documentation buildout, updates, and organization.
• Align workflows for global DC/QC teams with internal SOPs.
• Oversee change management initiatives and policy compliance for Global team.
• Respond to escalated client/interdepartmental issues.
• Assist senior leaders to establish SLAs, production targets, OT parameters, and workforce management.
• Review team performance in regular meetings with Global partners.
• Collaborate with Central Ops and Global QC/DC leadership on continuous improvement.
• Ensure access provisioning and deprovisioning for Global contractors.
• Support technical events and data/digital initiatives led by Central Operations.
• Partner to drive automation, digital transformation, and process improvements.
• Provide coverage during periods of reduced capacity to maintain consistent leadership.
• Pursue opportunities to advance Sharecare’s transition plan and milestones.
