Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years proven success in a manager or director level role.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Office suite; capable of data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global account management and client transitions to global production.
• Coordinate with sales, client success, and operations to meet KPIs for productivity and quality.
• Develop and manage SOPs, training, and process improvements for global partners.
• Lead organizational initiatives to ensure timely, compliant, and profitable global operations.
• Provide exceptional internal/external stakeholder communication and cross-border project governance.
